My mother has been struggling since July or August with her ears stuffing up and a hoarse throat. Three different doctors told her it was allergies. So she was tested for allergies and they found nothing. She’s tried a couple of different antibiotics, and while they have helped her throat the problem never seemed to go away. The last time she went to the chiropractor he gave her some garlic drops to put in her ears. And they seem to be helping. Go figure.

So your boss didn’t like the hijab…er…scarf? But the way you have it draped is rather stylish.

Maybe find a shorter scarf and tie it in back under your hair. Kind of like the Cinderella look? You can just tell him you’re waiting for your Prince to come…

Still, it must have looked too much like a hijab for the boss’s taste…
