As per Mafdet’s request:

finger
my finger this evening

Can’t seem to be able to shoot less blurry pics one handed and without a tripod. But the scar and the damage to the fingernail that has been growing out of its hiding place are visible, so there…

But its getting better :) …… the damage in the fingernail will outgrow itself with time so don’t worry about it ………. I only commented because nobody else seemed interested :P .

    Peace :D

  2. Melantrys Says:

Well, it still pains me at times, so my sis was nosy. Hence the pic.
Never was worried ’bout the nail. :P

So. You’re not interested either but commented cos the others weren’t as well….? :crying:

Noooooooooooooo I was, of course, interested in your fingers well being; but the picture put my mind at peace  . I assumed I didn’t have to comment to show my interest, being me, but instead commented to make up for other commenter’s shortcomings :P , i.e. to make up for their lack of interest not mine :D .

( how was my answer ? )

    Not quite convincing.

Weeeeellll, I suppose a finger is better than nothing…

    :P

    P.S.

Happy to hear you’re healing well, though. :)

  7. David Says:

It looks like your finger is healing well. It may be a bit stiff for a while, but you can overcome that by doing some daily flexing and stretching. The offset of the nail damage and the finger scar makes me think of an earthquake fault. ;)

Indeed, it is, and you should all be grateful.

@ all: It’s not stiff at all, but it still hurts if I want to really use it, or if I hit it not very hard.

And it’s half ok, half numb and half weird. Doesn’t add up, you say? Exactly!
Surfaces feel either too rough (especially skin) or too smooth, sometimes bordering on slippery.

@ David: the geology of my finger.

    Thx for the pic, Sis.
Now I can look at your finger whenever I want to… ;-)

  12. David Says:

Mafdet, is it such a long drive between your village and Mel’s? ;)

  13. Mafdet Says:

Naaah, but I’m very, very lazy.

    *nods solemnly*

  14. David Says:

Well Mafdet, if the distance is not so far, could you ride a bicycle to Mel’s village? A bit of exercise might help to reduce your laziness. ;)

  15. MixMax Says:

yeaaaaah, it is healed, much better than the other day ;)
