Mel, you must be quite relieved to finally have your passport and visa in hand! Congratulations, you are all ready for your big adventure. Now, go forth and have a wonderful time!
August 9th, 2006 at 9:04 pm
Btw, what day will you be leaving for Amman?
August 10th, 2006 at 1:46 pm
On Sunday.
August 11th, 2006 at 7:38 pm
Congradulations!! Everyone is waiting for you here

Weather is gtting cold at night so bring some heavy jackets with you if you don’t want to miss the fun of Amman’s nights!

August 13th, 2006 at 8:18 pm
Hope you have a smooth trip to Amman! Let us know that you got there ok. Have fun!
August 14th, 2006 at 6:14 pm
I did, I did.
Am at Anarki’s place, shamelessly using the internet connection.
August 14th, 2006 at 6:36 pm
I’m glad you are there!
Don’t spend all your time on the internet, you have friends to meet! However, I do have a new post. It is for adults only! Tell everybody I said hi (well, at least Morbido, Attawie, and Anarki). Now, go have more fun!

zoofpcy…go to the Amman Zoo, I guess
August 17th, 2006 at 6:24 pm
Hi, Sis!
So you shamelessly used Anarki’s internet connection?
In the hope you might do it again: have a wonderful, fabulous, absolutely smashing time! And don’t forget to say hi to all of your friends from me (even though they don’t know me).
See ya!
fgymec? Sounds like an unsavory Eastern European dish…
August 18th, 2006 at 5:19 pm
Hm, I suppose you’re all dying for a new post, but too lazy, sorry.
In short: I met Anarki 13 (obviously), his (extremely nosy (quote 13)) cousin, Anarki’s parents, the Kid, Baghdad Treasure, 24 Steps to Liberty, Micho & mom and a friend of Anarki’s.
Hopefully Attawie will recover again (is sick, poor girl) soon, so I’ll meet her as well.
The weather is nice, blah, blah, blah.
Oh, hi, [c]oma; saw you popped in yesterday.
August 18th, 2006 at 9:06 pm
!!
August 19th, 2006 at 7:39 am
Well, it sounds like you are doing pretty well in the meetings department!
Morbido, your face looks very unhappy! didn’t you have the chance to meet Mel?
Sorry to hear Attawie is sick. I wish her a speedy recovery!
More fun to all!
August 19th, 2006 at 4:38 pm
No, she had to leave again before I came here! Haneen and I never got a chance to meet.
August 20th, 2006 at 6:40 am
I’m sorry to hear that Mel!
Hey, I just found out that Cheery is a woman! Now, I didn’t see that one coming!
ixdrrl…grumbles about circumstances keeping Mel and Morbido from meeting!
August 22nd, 2006 at 11:22 pm
I gotta tell you Mel, if you don’t go and see the Dead Sea before you leave, you’ll regret it!
Why is Haneen flitting here and there? I thought she was in Amman for at least a month.
Well you probably won’t be on now until you get home, so I will just have to hope you squeezed in the Dead Sea.
zmknixko - Why do I always get verifications like that?!
August 23rd, 2006 at 6:52 am
Hey Mel, why not drop us a few lines about the fun you are having?

htwln…I got ’nuffin
August 23rd, 2006 at 4:41 pm
Well, I had to come back home before the month was over because… umm… tell you later!
Thanks for the book, Mel! It’s a very lovely gift :-*
I’m trying to put my post on the blog but the pics are not woerking!
August 23rd, 2006 at 7:41 pm
Bad pics! *spanks the pics*
David, I think I won’t though. I’ll hopefully manage Petra.
Lynnette, I dunno…?

So Mel, how was your wild night on the town?
August 25th, 2006 at 5:12 pm
Wild night? What wild night? I don’t remember a thing.
August 25th, 2006 at 11:16 pm
A wild night?? hmmmmm ….
DETAILS

DETAILS
DETAILS
DETAILS
August 26th, 2006 at 7:43 am
Hmmmm, yes, I concur with Morbido!
I think it was a night to remember, so you must share all the DETAILS!
August 26th, 2006 at 10:07 pm
Davie, it seems that you already know something about this wild night!! Or how did you know about it? I’d appreciate it if you share the information you know!
C’mmon, Mel. I threaten to know about it from my insider!!
August 27th, 2006 at 9:09 am
Morbido, I am as in the dark as you about the Wild Night! I chatted with Mel right before she began her amazing night on the town, but I don’t know what happened!
Mel is being so secretive, I suspect that there is much to cover up!!
August 30th, 2006 at 11:07 am
Any new posts ?? About the trip, for example
cbwatbv ???
August 30th, 2006 at 4:35 pm
i have news to tell, no no, not regarding the “night”, but other ones of my own!
all in due time. gotta finish writing the thesis BEFORE SUNDAY!
(also to be explained in mine own blog)
cryptic note to Mel:
Lords and Ladies - p166 and going.
so far its got me clutching myself and all that! NOT for public use, that one!
August 30th, 2006 at 4:37 pm

Ah, so it makes ppl be cool if they chat with me?
See, Kid, I knew something felt terribly wrong about your chat silence. You suddenly feel way uncooler than in Amman.
Anyway, welcome here, Olivebranch.
I guess it is safe to assume that you’re the Australian who has been stalking my blog for some time now, eh?–>
